About us

La Browneria grew out of Dealma’s craft, and the wish to bring its star product, the brownie, to the tables, events and streets of Barcelona.

We make everything gluten-free, with vegan options and lactose-free flavours. Not to set limits, but so that nobody is left out.

In our bakery we make honest recipes with Belgian chocolate, and look after the product with nothing artificial added. Our mission is to surprise you and earn your trust with handmade, gluten-free recipes everyone enjoys.
